Communicate
Meetings
You can participate in ATLAS meetings online using Zoom. The list of meetings is on the ATLAS webpage
Warning
Mute your microphone when you are not speaking
Tip
If you are going to present, be sure you have a slot in the indico page and that you are able to upload the material. If not be sure to be logged in and contact the chair of the meeting to be sure they are using your correct account (try switching infn.it to cern.ch). Upload the material to the agenda before the meeting.
Warning
Be sure you respect the allocated time. A rule of thumb is "no more than one slide per minute".
Chat
Popular chat service are slack, mattermost... Mattermost is officially supported by CERN, and they have a custom instance.
Tip
Avoid sending results as attachments in the chat: they will get lost soon. Prefer email for things that should be remembered.

Avoid using chat when you can use email. Chat should be for a planned chat, urgent questions or very informal comunication.
Tip
The Milano group has a Mattermost workspace, ask for invitation.
